Pierard House has a unique and interesting history. It was build by a French couple, Helen and Pierre Pierard, from Winnipeg.
This tall and friendly looking home is situated on Pierard Rd. The upstairs rooms are for the students with a shared bathroom. Downstairs are the dining room and sitting room. (T.V., DVD and VCR) The house is non-smoking but there is no problem with outside smoking.
Living in North Vancouver (Lynn Valley) has many advantages. We are in walking distance to the famous Lynn Canyon with rivers, waterfalls and Lakes.
We are twenty minutes from the North Shore Mountains, popular for skiing and Snowboarding.
We have all the amenities of modern life. Sports complexes swimming places Etc.
We are also the happy recipients of a new modern up- to- date library. Students of all disciplines will find friendly and helpful staff, with outside plazas and pleasant shops and malls.
In Lynn Valley we still have lots of fresh air, a friendly attitude and love for life.
