We are located in a wonderful family oriented neighborhood in Coquitlam.
The bus stop is 2 blocks from our house.? One bus will take you to the Lougheed Skytrain Station in 10 minutes.? The Skytrain ride is another 30 minutes to Downtown Vancouver.
We have no pets, and do not smoke, we also do not allow smoking in our house.
My husband John and I have a 2 year old daughter named Alyssa.? Our living space is on the upper floor of the house.
We have a newly renovated 2 bedroom basement suit downstairs which provides a separate entrance, security system, full kitchen and full bathroom (the bathroom would be shared by the students), so we can accommodate 2 students at once! One bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe closet, dresser, desk and TV.? The other bedroom has a twin bed, large double closet, dresser, desk and TV.
We have access to high speed internet located in our recreation room which is on the basement level of our house adjacent to the students rooms.? This room also has a TV, DVD player, stereo, couch and desk.
Our house is within walking distance to many amenities such as, Recreation Centre that has a pool and library, beautiful Como Lake that offers a great walking trail along the perimeter of the lake, pharmacy, grocery store, video store, bank, Starbucks, and a great Sushi restaurant.
We really enjoy having students in our home, our daughter loves it too!? We offer a great family environment for our students, as well as, our extended family also have students in their home, so we do a lot of visiting and family dinners with them so all the students can interact with each other, they love it!
